Community Action Partnership of Suburban Hennepin is a community action agency working in all of Suburban Hennepin County to improve the lives of low-income people. We offer services to individuals through outreach, energy assistance programs, homeownership services and financial counseling. Additionally, our Planning and Development department assists nonprofit and other service entities in becoming more effective. The department offers a variety of innovative services that are both responsive and adaptable to your organization's needs. These services include technical assistance, strategic planning, organizational support and community development.
