Community Action Partnership of Suburban Hennepin is a community action agency working in all of Suburban Hennepin County to improve the lives of low-income people. We offer services to individuals through outreach, energy assistance programs, homeownership services and financial counseling. Additionally, our Planning and Development department assists nonprofit and other service entities in becoming more effective. The department offers a variety of innovative services that are both responsive and adaptable to your organization's needs. These services include technical assistance, strategic planning, organizational support and community development.

Gain Control of Your Money, Your Debt and Your Credit! CAPSH is sponsoring its Financial Security Workshop, a free educational series that provides area families with the tools they need to become more financially secure. This year, participants will also receive a financial incentive upon program completion, including a $25 Check Card and $50 U.S. Savings Bond. CAPSH helps people apply for the Food Support Program to ensure that members of our community have enough food. The program is designed to supplement a family’s or individual’s income by providing money that can be spend on food.
